Wider entrance doors and exterior lighting provide for safe and easy accessibility. Wide sliding doors and uncluttered design facilitate interior manoeuvrability. Attractive and durable carpets, sockets and appliance controls set at heights appropriate for wheelchair users, lower level kitchen worktops with a recess beneath the sink unit and lever operated mixer taps in the kitchen and shower room are features, which underline the practicality of this well developed model. Bedrooms are spacious and provide optimum accessibility, whilst still providing plenty of essential storage space.
