The living area also includes a modern fire surround featuring an electric coal effect fire, contemporary furniture styles and an attractive free-standing dining arrangement.The family chef will appreciate the practicality and style of the well equipped kitchen, which includes a built-in cooker with separate oven and grill, a slide-out extractor canopy and refrigerator as standard features.

The Avon bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses on free standing sprung slatted beds providing storage space below. Built in wardrobes, drawers and over-bed cupboards also provide generous storage.The shower rooms feature ceramic sanitary ware and a large seamless shower cabinet with sliding glass doors.

The attractive exterior includes a pitched tile effect roof, a distinctive front elevation with bay windows and double glazing. Gas central heating is available as an option as shown in some of the illustrations. The Avon represents an outstanding family choice, which achieves the ideal balance of quality and value.
